Project Highlight: 610 Business Park - Houston, TX

Houston crews set the tone early and 610 Business Park proves it. Our first project in the market is officially complete, marking a milestone worth celebrating and a standard we plan to build on.

From day one, this job tested the team. Weather turned the site into a mud pit, restricting access and challenging progress at every turn. “Conditions were tough from the start, but our team stayed focused and found ways to keep moving,” said Division Manager Adrian Rendon. “That’s what sets us apart. We don’t wait for perfect conditions; we build through them.”

In partnership with Alston Construction we delivered four tilt-wall buildings, 400 piers, 554,00 SF of slab on grade, 298 tilt-wall panels, and 836,000 SF of site work.

Through smart planning and field-driven solutions, crews kept production moving and quality high. It’s the same disciplined approach we bring to every job across the country, now proven in Houston.
